Who we are

FSS Group LLC ("FSS Group," "we," "us") is a Florida limited liability company located at 2575 NE 214th St, Miami, FL 33180. We build websites and provide automated communication and answering services for local home-service businesses.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to fssgroup.org and to the phone, SMS, and email communications we send.

Information we collect

Business contact information — business name, contact name, phone number, email address, and business address.
Information you give us directly — anything you submit through a form on our site, tell us on a phone call, or send us by email or text.
Publicly available business listings — we use publicly listed business information to identify companies that may benefit from our services.
Basic site analytics — pages visited and general usage data, collected in aggregate.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website.

How we use information

To contact you about our services and respond to your inquiries.
To prepare and show you a sample website built for your business.
To deliver, support, and maintain services you have purchased.
To send service and account notifications.
To meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on fssgroup.org. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device so it can recognise your browser on a later visit. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and JavaScript-based scripts.

The types we use, and why:

Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the site to function — page delivery, security, load balancing, and remembering choices you make within a session, such as an open chat window. The site cannot work properly without these.
Functional cookies. Used by our chat widget and our SMS opt-in form at fssgroup.org/sms/ to keep your conversation or submission attached to the correct session, and to avoid asking you for the same information twice.
Analytics cookies. Used to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and how the site performs, so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and is not used to build an advertising profile of you.

Third-party technologies. Some cookies are set by service providers acting on our behalf, including our website host and our CRM and messaging provider, LeadConnector/HighLevel, which powers the chat widget and lead capture on this site. These providers may set cookies to deliver and secure their features. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

How to control cookies. You can accept, refuse, or delete cookies at any time:

Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies — see the privacy or security settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
Do Not Track. Our site does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals, because no consistent industry standard for them exists.
Analytics opt-out. You can block analytics scripts using your browser's settings or a content-blocking extension.
Questions. Email admin@fssgroup.org and we will tell you what is set and help you turn it off.

Cookies and tracking technologies are never used to collect or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent. That information is collected only when you deliberately submit it, as described below.

SMS and text messaging

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of mobile information — including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS is used only by FSS Group LLC to communicate with you, and is disclosed only to the messaging service providers that deliver those messages on our behalf, who may not use it for their own purposes.

Mobile information we collect. When you opt in to text messages we collect your mobile phone number, your name and business name if you provide them, whether you ticked the consent checkbox, and the date and time consent was given. For verbal consent we also record which representative collected it.

How we obtain consent. We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Consent is obtained in one of two ways:

In writing, when you submit our SMS opt-in form at fssgroup.org/sms/, tick the separate optional consent checkbox on that page, submit a form on our website, or reply to us by text. The consent checkbox is never pre-ticked and is never required in order to submit the form.
Verbally, during a phone call. Our representative asks whether we may text you a link or information. We send messages only if you say yes, and we record that consent on your contact record.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

What we send. Messages relate to the website we have prepared for your business, scheduling, follow-up on a conversation you have had with us, and service notifications for active customers.

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at admin@fssgroup.org.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can opt out at any time using that link or by emailing admin@fssgroup.org. Service and billing notices to active customers are not marketing messages and may still be sent.

Calls and call recording

We place business-to-business phone calls. We honor Do Not Call requests — ask to be removed on any call, or email us, and we will add you to our internal do-not-contact list. Where calls are recorded, participants are notified at the start of the call.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers that operate our systems — our customer relationship platform, messaging and telephony carriers, email delivery provider, and website hosting — and only so they can perform those services for us.
Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Ask to be added to our do-not-contact list on any call.
Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing admin@fssgroup.org.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
